Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit talent for various roles across departments.
- Manage the onboarding process, including orientation programs and documentation.
- Address employee grievances and provide timely resolution.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees to maintain harmonious work relationships.
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems.
- Handle payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management.
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training programs.
- Coordinate and evaluate training sessions to enhance employee development.
- Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems.
- Track and review employee goals and provide feedback.
- Develop, update, and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure the organization adheres to legal standards and industry best practices.
- Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities.
- Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction and suggest improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
